No Win No Fee

The solicitor we recommend will charge you a fee of 18–36% (inclusive of VAT) of your compensation. The solicitor may charge a termination fee if you cancel your agreement with them after the cancellation period — please read their Terms and Conditions for more information.

Clear Claim Check is a Claims Management Company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Registration No. 835838). We do not provide legal services. Instead, we collaborate with carefully selected solicitor firms who are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Our current panel of solicitor partners includes HD Law, Locksley Law, and Consumer Rights Solicitors.

All legal work connected to your claim will be carried out independently by these solicitors under a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) — often referred to as a "no win, no fee" arrangement.

If your claim results in compensation, the solicitor may charge a success fee, which will be deducted from your settlement. The exact fees and terms will be clearly explained in your solicitor's agreement before you decide to go ahead.

If your claim is not successful, you will not be asked to pay anything for the legal work.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign your Conditional Fee Agreement. During this time, you can cancel your instruction without charge, provided they haven't started substantive work on your case.

If you cancel after work has begun, they may charge for the reasonable costs of the work already completed — as set out in their CFA. They will always explain this clearly before any charge is made.

The summary below outlines the typical range of solicitor fees you may see. Please note that the actual deductions can vary depending on the circumstances of your claim and the specific solicitor firm appointed. You can find more information about SRA-regulated fees here.
